Palm Heights | Grand Cayman
Hey Blue Water Girl,
Just got back from a dreamy few days in Grand Cayman, and I couldn’t wait to spill all the details. If you’re craving that endless summer energy, bookmark this — because Grand Cayman is hands down the perfect escape for a Blue Water Girl.
We stayed at Palm Heights, and honestly? It’s everything. The hotel’s vibe is laid-back luxury with those iconic yellow umbrellas dotting the beach, practically begging you to post up with a spritz and your favorite book. Days started slow, a dip in the crystal-clear water, then back to the sand to soak up that Caribbean sun (with a healthy layer of Blue Water Girls, of course).
Dinner at Tillie’s was a highlight. Picture twinkling lights, ocean breezes, and plates you’ll want to photograph before you even taste them. Don’t skip their snapper and curry its to die for. We also made sure to catch Mambo Italiano pizza night — think fire Italian food from pizza and creamy pasta under the stars, karaoke, and napkins swinging in the air with a delicious glass of red wine.
But the best part of the trip? Exploring the nightlife of course. One night we ended up at Sol y Luna, a spot with the best mash-up of Latin and Caribbean music — the perfect mashup for me!
Some must do's include hitting Stingray City (where you can actually swim with the stingrays — unreal) and stopping by Starfish Point!
Everywhere you look, Grand Cayman is just beautiful. Soft white sand, water so clear it doesn’t seem real, and people who make you feel instantly at home. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, glow up, and really live in the moment.
So if you’re planning your next escape, trust me — Grand Cayman should be at the top of your list. Pack your favorite bikinis, your bottle of Blue Water Girls, and get ready for that sunkissed glow that lasts way beyond your flight home.
Catch you on the next beach 🐚✨
xx
